  • Open-Studio (Mysore)The Balancé yoga studio is open for your own private practice every day from 11:00am - 5:30pm. There is no teacher guiding these classes, it is your time to come and have your own yoga practice and use our wonderful space. Yoga mats, towels, and drinking water are included for you. $5 for up to 90 minutes. with Open StudioDuring open studio hours there is no teacher leading class, but teachers and members of our team will be in the yoga studio to assist you. 11:00 am to 5:30 pm
  • Surfers Yoga

    This class is specifically designed to help your relax your body (especially the neck, spine, shoulders and hips) after a full day of surfing. This class includes many forward bends to counter the hyper-extended spinal position that we regularly maintain while paddling and powering into waves. We'll have water, mats, towels, and a place for you to rinse off. Come over right after surfing! This class allows you to stretch out, relax, and still leave at a reasonable time to grab some dinner or go out with friends.
