Yoga classes are $15 per class for the general public. The price includes yoga mat, towel, and local sales tax. We have drinking water in the studio, please bring your own refillable water bottle. Our café is open every day so stop by after class for amazing food! Balancé hotel guests have a discounted rate that you can arrange with reception or add as a package item when you are booking your stay. Please check with reception if you have any questions.

Lindsay is known for her keen understanding of breathwork practices, body alignment, sense of humor and ability to empower her students to live fully. Lindsay is an E-RYT 500, YACEP with Yoga Alliance. On the subtle side of yoga, Lindsay is a student of intuitive healing therapies and an intuitive guide. For almost a decade she has studied the healing modality of Transformational Breathwork and leads group and private healing meditations.
As a mama of two little ones, Lindsay was inspired to dive into the world of birth work to support women on all sides of motherhood. She teaches prenatal yoga, HypnoBirthing educational birth classes, is a Doula and offers postpartum Ayurvedic counseling and support.

Teaching since 2016, Katrin completed her primary 500 hours of training in India, where the depth of traditional practice continues to shape her teaching. restorative yoga at the renowned Kripalu Center in Massachusetts, a space that
awakened a quieter, more reflective layer of her path.
Katrin holds space for yin or restorative yoga, both as a teacher and devoted
practitioner, where breath and awareness meet in long, nourishing holds. As a daily
meditator, she enjoys guiding practices that help others connect inward, whether in
movement or stillness.
Expect creatively sequenced vinyasa flows when moving together with Katrin, she
loves shifting perspectives and weaving in fluid, thoughtful transitions. Her background
as a former gymnast has also given her a deep appreciation for alignment, strength, and
flexibility in her flows.
