Yoga classes are $15 per class for the general public. The price includes yoga mat, towel, and local sales tax. We have drinking water in the studio, please bring your own refillable water bottle. Our café is open every day so stop by after class for amazing food! Balancé hotel guests have a discounted rate that you can arrange with reception or add as a package item when you are booking your stay. Please check with reception if you have any questions.

Lindsay is known for her keen understanding of breathwork practices, body alignment, sense of humor and ability to empower her students to live fully. Lindsay is an E-RYT 500, YACEP with Yoga Alliance. On the subtle side of yoga, Lindsay is a student of intuitive healing therapies and an intuitive guide. For almost a decade she has studied the healing modality of Transformational Breathwork and leads group and private healing meditations.
As a mama of two little ones, Lindsay was inspired to dive into the world of birth work to support women on all sides of motherhood. She teaches prenatal yoga, HypnoBirthing educational birth classes, is a Doula and offers postpartum Ayurvedic counseling and support.

She grew up practicing and competing in gymnastics and is also a certified gymnastics coach. With this she has accumulated extensive experience in both strengthening and stretching poses also often using yoga as a complement to drive results in other sports students are engaged in.
Katrin’s morning sessions tend to be strong and energizing flows, evening classes are more slow and mellow and her style focuses a lot on alignment to ensure a safe and beneficial practice for her students. All classes include a lot of stretching poses and a guaranteed long and relaxing Savasana leaving practitioners refreshed and energized in their physical body and with a relaxed and balanced state of mind.

Over the last 10+ years, Fiona has dived into the world of yoga, completing over 1000 hours of teacher training, the most recent being with Akhanda Yoga Institute, accredited to Gurukul Kangri University in Haridwar, India.
Struck by the similarities between ancient philosophies and modern-day coaching and therapy, Fiona weaves her skills together to support people to overcome barriers and maximize their potential, from group training and development to 1:1 support.
This work has led her to explore plant medicine and the powerful, healing support it can offer. She has been making and sharing cacao for the last 4 years as well as working with a range of other plant medicines for the last 6 years.
