We are so happy to announce that our Café is open and we cant wait to share with you our own definition of Culinary Delicacy. Everything we serve here is homemade with the best ingredients and all the love n’ care you can expect from a homecooked meal, our Café is open to the public everyday from 8am – 4pm and its located here at Playa El Tunco.
So if you are ever around feel free to drop by and share a cup of coffee with us!

We offer a morning snack included within the room rate for those early birds that like to be ready to surf before everybody else, our morning snack bar its open from 6 am to 8 am and it includes your freshly brewed morning coffee with home baked bread, granola and nutbutters wich you can compliment with our house marmalade and peanut butter. We also cut fresh fruit everyday and offer a daily detox power-shot juice to make sure you have the necessary energy to start your day the best way possible!

As our guest at Balancé anything everything you order from our Café will be added to your room bill so you dont have to worry about having to carry cash around so you can fully focus on enjoying your time here. We have breakfast all day and lunch a-la carte from 8 am – 4 pm.

Every two weeks we open our kitchen at night getting everybody together to enjoy healthy meals with a beautiful atmosphere. We welcome you to join us at the table so you can experience our healthy cousine that we usually only have available for our retreats.
The dinner includes an appetizer, mocktail, main dish, dessert, and one glass of wine or cocktail.
